Return and Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at PathfinderFarrier.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 1.866.285.9931 to obtain a Return Authorization number and return shipping label.
Pathfinder allows 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you must provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect all incoming items, which may include verifying quantity, weight, and condition. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit minus a 10% Restocking Fee within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Initial flat-rate shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
Pathfinder will pay for your return shipping. You will be given full instructions on how to ship items back when you contact our service department to obtain a Return Authorization number.
